'Tis the season to be on the go,
Gathering in the mistletoe.
When day is done and you are beat,
Use this potion to soothe your feet.

Add 1/2 cup to basin of warm water.

Mistletoe Foot Soak

1 1/4 cups of Epsom salts
1 1/4 cups kosher salt
1/4 cup baking soda
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon of lemon essential oil
1/4 teaspoon of spearmint essential oil.

Mix well Place in lined bags and seal. Bags can be purchased from www.cw-usa.com in their supply section

Bread in a Jar

Banana Nut Bread

1/2 cup shortening
2/3 cup sugar
2 whole eggs
1/4 cup buttermilk
3/4 tsp soda
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup mashed banana
11/2 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp lemon extract
1/2 tsp salt

Bake 1 hour at 275° or until done. May be baked in a 1 pint wide mouth jar. Spray jar with Pam. Fill jar 1/2 full. Seal when you remove from oven. Makes 2+ jars. A double recipe will make 5 jars. Decorate or personalize jar after jar cools.
