Labor Day - Last Fling of the Summer
Nothing is more traditional that the last fling of the summer before we
nestle in and face a new school year. Make life easy on yourself
this labor day with traditional Labor Day fare.

When you do your labor day shopping pick up a brisket to bake in a very
low oven overnight. Season brisket liberally with seasoned salt,
garlic salt, onion salt and black pepper. Place brisket fat side up
in brown-n-bag along with 1 Tbsp flour. Bake overnight from midnight
until 6 a.m. at 250°.. Trim and
place in a pan ready to be reheated before serving time.
